Common questions

Everything parents, students and schools ask us most. Still unsure? Book a free demo and see NEbots in action.

For parents

What ages are NEbots courses for?
Courses run from age 8 upward, each set at the right entry age: Robotics from 8, 3D Designing from 9, Drone Technology and Python from 10, and AI & Machine Learning from 12. Teacher Training is for educators. Every level is paced for its age group.
Does my child need any prior experience with computers or coding?
No. Every course starts from the very beginning and teaches by building, not by lecturing. Complete beginners are welcome, and most students make something that works in their first session.
What is included in the course kit?
It depends on the course. Robotics includes motors, sensors, a controller board and chassis; 3D Designing includes design software and printer access; Drone Technology provides training drones and simulators. Students keep the projects they build in take-home sessions.
How much do courses cost?
Fees vary by course, level and batch type. Book a free demo class and our team will share the current pricing for your child's course and city, with no obligation to enrol.
Is flying drones safe for children?
Yes. Students train on simulators before touching a real drone, fly lightweight training drones, and every flight day follows a strict safety protocol and responsible-flying guidelines under mentor supervision in open fields.
What is a free demo class?
A hands-on trial session at your school or our studio where your child builds something real and sees a course first-hand before deciding. It is completely free and comes with no commitment.

For students

What will I actually build?
Real things you keep and show off: a robot that moves and senses, a drone you assemble and fly, your own AI model, a game coded from scratch, or a 3D-printed design you can hold. You start building from session one.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes. Finish a level and you earn an official NEbots certificate, presented on your course's showcase or demo day in front of your family.
Can I join competitions?
Yes. Every course ends with a showcase like the Robo Games, and top students get the chance to represent NEbots in wider STEM and robotics competitions.

For schools

How does a school partnership work?
We set up a STEM lab sized to your space and budget, run in-school programs inside your timetable, and train your teachers to lead hands-on lessons. You can start with one offering and grow from there.
Is the program aligned with NEP 2020?
Yes. Our hands-on, experiential approach is built around NEP 2020's push for practical, skill-based learning, and lessons map to the science, maths and computer chapters you already teach.
Which cities does NEbots serve?
We are based in Arunachal Pradesh and expanding across the seven North-Eastern states. Get in touch and we will tell you the nearest available batch, or how to bring NEbots to your school.
